Spring Dessert Menu
Our seasonal menu adjustments in the Bistro are now complete as we proudly present our spring dessert menu! After-dinner favorites have been reconfigured to highlight the new vernal bounty and some of our favorite purveyors, like Anson Mills and Urban Till. Our Lemon Chevre Mousse is served with a basil anglaise and cornmeal cookies. Then there’s the trifle style treat of layered Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote, Salted Shortbread, and Toasted Meringue. The Blueberry Cake with white chocolate icing is accompanied by a scoop of Palazzolo Gelato. Can’t decide? You can always opt for the Sweet Sampler, with tastes of three of the four items from the dessert menu.
